Win A Paracord Jig!
Update – New Giveaway runs until December 31, 2013… so get entered!
For the October Giveaway the winner is Bob D. from Texas.
Thanks to you Paracord Bracelet HQ has grown into an enormous resource for thousands and I’d like to see and share some of the paracord projects that you’ve made. Because of that I decided to run this Paracord Jig giveaway.
If you don’t already have a paracord jig then you’ll love this one, and if you do have one you may want to replace it with this. It’s a professional grade jig which also includes a Monkey Fist attachment! See the description of this jig at the end of the page.
It’s easy to win, and there are no hoops to jump through. You aren’t required to Like, Share or Tweet the giveaway (though I hope you will)… just share something you’ve made with paracord. It can be a basic bracelet, a lanyard or anything at all. I’ll be sharing some of my own projects, too. Here’s a look at some of the entries from our most recent Giveaway.
While I will pick some cool submissions to share on this site, the winner will be picked at random from all entries and the winner announced here at Paracord Bracelet HQ on January 1, 2014.
How to enter the Paracord Jig giveaway:
1) Create and photograph something you’ve made with paracord, the more step by step pictures the better, but a single finished photo works, too.
2) Email your name, State of residence (or country – international entries welcome) and photos. You can submit your photo(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org Alternatively, you can go to photobucket.com and create a totally free account (if you don’t already have one) and upload any photos you want to share (or post them to any site you like) and send me the links at the e-mail address above.
3) You have until December 31, 2013 to submit your own paracord project. Simply take a before, during and after photo and send them in (if you have more photos that’s great, but even one will get you in). Tell us what you made and what you think… share any tips or anything you’d like. The winner will be notified by e-mail after January 1, 2014, and must reply within one week or an alternate winner will be chosen.
I’ll work with you if at all possible to make this simple for you… it should be fun! I’ll pick some of my favorite entries to highlight on this site, and depending on the number of entries received I may have a page showing the final pictures from each submitted entry. By entering the giveaway you agree that your first name, state of residence and project images may be published on this site. The winner will receive the brand new, quality paracord jig shown in the images below, but it’s awarded as is with no warranty. Any taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the winner.
Please share the Paracord Jig Giveaway. I appreciate your support!
Here’s The Paracord Jig You Could Win
This professional paracord jig is made from select solid pine wood, sanded and put together with screw bolts and glue…making it a very sturdy and durable Jig. The base of the jig is made from a 3/4 inch thick board, not thin plywood like similar, cheap jigs.
This paracord jig comes with 3/8” and 1/2” Side Release Buckles mounted 1-1/2″ above the base instead of the normal 3/4″ which gives you extra room for tying.
The attached buckles are Zero Mounted and ready to use. Zero mounted means that whatever measurement on the rule you set the adjustable Buckle Plate to is the length your finished bracelet will be.
With these two buckles you can make bracelets measuring up to 11” in length, which is within the normal size range. Note: 11” is not the length of the Jig itself, 11” is the tying length.
But its much more versatile than that. With the included Tee Pegs and the Fastener Clips you can also make Bracelets using 5/8” Buckles.
The jig can be adjusted down to 2” making it great for making Zipper Pulls and Key Fobs and up to 10” for making large bracelets and small Pet Collars.
Separating this jig from others is the cool Monkey Fist attachment. These are becoming as popular to make as the Paracord Bracelets and with the ”Vertical Mounted Monkey Fist Jig Attachment” and the interchangeable dowels you can make Monkey Fists ranging in size from 5/8” (marble size) to 1 3/4” (golf ball size). The New Vertical Mount makes tying Monkey Fist even Easier!
Make a self-defense Monkey Fist, Monkey Fist key fobs, Monkey Fist necklaces, Monkey Fist lanyards, Floating Boat Key Fobs. You can even make a square Monkey Fist using wood blocks. The Good News is…with this Monkey Fist jig attachment you’ll be amazed at how quickly and easy you can make perfect Monkey Fist every time!
If you don’t win the Giveaway or just want to check out some jigs, Amazon has the best selection you’ll find and of course the best prices.
Jigs are awesome and make creating paracord bracelets so much easier because they hold the working strands for you and allow for much tighter and neater looking knots. They also let you create the perfect length every time.
Take a look.
